Fitzgerald's is a solid spot. Fare is original and Irish in nature. Jonathan behind the bar rocks. Live music is great. Guinness on tap. Definitely not a chain. Worth checking out. One of my go-to spots in Bonita.

Frozen Uncooked Fake Meat Hamburger, Gross Frozen Steak Fries Nice Waitress Said "Oh Our Hamburgers Are The Best , Great" Bless her heart she has never had a good fresh made hamburger and fresh fries... I ate on the deck the inside is dark really dark and dirty. My first and only visit...but good service just really bad food,,,

The best burgers ever! Ever ever...... Wow ever. We eat here 2 to 3 times per month for the last 6 months to 9 months. Reuben sandwiches and corned beef with cabbage are my regulars and my friends can't finish the shepherds pie. We are locals and will continue here frequently.

Traditional Irish food with the usual burgers, sandwiches, and such. There's a large bar and the place is always crowded! There's only one Fitzgerald's although it gets somewhat confused with its name, using descriptions like Irish Pub, Famous, and Irish Pub and Grill. Check their website. fitzgeraldspub.com It contains many good pictures of the place, with lots of specials, so you can get a feel for the ambience and food choices. The food was very good. I had the half-sandwich and soup, a bargain and more than enough food. A fairly large cup of split-pea soup, just like mom used to make: hearty and naturally thick. The half-sandwich was corned beef. I just had to order that in an Irish restaurant, so close to St. Patrick's Day. My husband had the corned beef on toasted rye with cole slaw, and he loved it. A plus: While we waited for our table, my husband ordered a rum & coke at the bar and it was only $3! The food was good and this reminded me of some of the Irish Pubs in New York City, (I've never been to Ireland!)... lots of wood accents, earthy feel, hearty food, large bar and a large returning crowd!

I stayed at the holiday inn express next to Fitzgerald's for nine nights. We ended up eating here five times and grabbing drinks a couple more. I really like the atmosphere and the food is very good. Drinks were well priced and by 8 the place gets pretty empty. They have very good wings, burgers, crab cakes, and flatbreads. Getting a table between 5 and 7 can be a challenge considering the average age is 65. Overall a great place to relax and enjoy some good food!

Great Pub! Awesome and welcoming hostess and friendly bartender! The hostess brought over the owner who was welcoming and sociable to me and my parents. We own an Irish/American pub in Missouri and this is what we expect when we come into a family owned business. Great food, AWESOME specials and staff!

Well there's a reason why I've never been here. First off the booth seats cloth needs to be cleaned or changed but that's the last of their problems. They try and sit us at a dirty table in which my wife has to show the hostess that it needs wiping. So anyways we order onion rings to start off with and we each get a burger. The onion rings were fine but the burgers when they came out looked absolutely disgusting, didn't look like real meat. Luckily the burgers too were fine but they had a weird texture to em. The biggest problem I had was how absolutely horrid the service was. I had an empty drink the duration of lunch, another waitress had to actually close us out and ring us up. I do not reccomend nor will I ever be back. I would say it could be a good drinking spot but how long will you remain with an empty beer?

Came here for lunch with a group of coworkers a couple weeks ago. Service was very friendly and timely. They have a good selection of lunch options with a few salads and quite a few sandwiches to choose from, as well as a soup and salad option. I went with the Friday fish fry special. It was pretty good but nothing special, which was kind of our feel for the whole restaurant. Looks like the bar could be fun, but for lunch there are other options in the area, unless you're really craving some fish and chips.

Small place with a deck out front and a VERY nice staff. Good food and a great beer selection. Somewhat of an older crowd on the few times I stopped by, but the next closest decent place is a half-mile away. It's within walking distance from the Holiday Inn Express and Hampton if you happen to be staying there. Not a lot to choose from in this area.

Was all excited to be let down!!!!! My friends fish and chips, well coming from Irish Restaurant was tilapia, so very thin and all batter. My husband's pot pie well the filling had to be canned. As for my burger well it was white inside so it definitely wasn't Ground Chuck!! I don't know what kind of fillers or where they get it but it wasn't that great. Don't wish to go back at all!!! I will say they are very friendly, and and service was great. So just the food bad.

An exceptional Irish pub here in Bonita Springs. The staff is wonderful, the food is great, and very fair prices.

Have been to fitzgeralds numerous times over the years food is ok pub food. Hamburgers are good. But service is spotty at BEST. Last time there early February opted to sit on porch. Waiter was obviously new. Took our order three times. Simple order cheeseburger and a wedge salad. Three times over in 45 minutes. at 45 I got up and went Inside to find a manager none to be found. A waitress apologized and checked and said our order would be right out. 5 min later no food we got up and as we were leaving out comes the salad. No thank you. Makes one wonder what kind if training is offered the wait staff what fail safes they have. In our case zip. Too many other Options in the area.

Thinking about dinner last night , the one thing that stood out was the friendly service we received. The bartender had a smile on his face our waiter was friendly and efficient. If you needed something you didn't have to wait. The hostess was upbeat and you felt she was watching out for you. I also noticed the diners were laughing and having a good time. Finally our food was hot and tasted great.

The atmosphere is great and the food is above par but is is pub food. Would suggest this for an easy night with heavy food.

Been here twice while on vacation. Once on Friday, and once on Saturday. Both times we had great service with great food. Had their beer battered fish and chips which was delicious and the other we had their steak which was nice. Great service, Great food!

Fun atmosphere, casual vibe and live, very talented musicians strolling. Corned beef chowder was delicious. Very large menu and many good beers on draft. Burger was meh and advertised as "best in Bonita for 4 years". Other choices looked much better. Friendly staff. Would recommend for comfortable and casual meal.

Awesome traditional Irish food and music. Friendly, casual atmosphere. Darrin is a great server! Definitely a great place to come with friends and family for dinner. Be sure to save room for desert! There are always great food and drink specials so you can get a good meal for less than other area restaurants.

In town on business, this was located minutes away (walking) from my hotel so I decided to check it out. My initial impression... Smallish bar and primarily a sit-down restaurant with a decent sized patio out front. The menu is distinctly Irish fare and will satisfy the pallets of those seeking such, seafood options are aplenty. If you are looking for a burger, it's not on the printed menu, but still available... But you are in an Irish Pub, not Burger King, plan accordingly. There is live music, varying from strolling musicians to a stationary performer. The happy hour deals are standard, domestic drafts, single liquor well drinks and house wines. Now on to the service... TOP NOTCH... Hands down some of the most agreeable staff in this immediate area (2 mile radius) Little can be said to upgrade this eatery/pub given the demographics of the location. I highly recommend to check out this establishment and enjoy a nice experience, mainly in the evening, the day time provides no live entertainment, purely ambience and good food.

We stop here every time we are in the area (from Naples to Ft. Myers). We found this gem a few years ago and it truly is my favorite place in the area. Owner is engaging and the live music is a great time. Took my 84 year old father there this last weekend and when they starting singing some Irish tunes, the smile that came across me dah's face was priceless. Bangers and Champ is always great. My daughter, who is a picky eater loves everything. The roast beef - out of this world. Can't say enough about this place. Probably good that I don't live closer. I would be broke . . . but happy.

Bring back jalapeño bottle caps please!!! The new poppers are no comparison. Great happy hour prices and beer battered chicken tenders are perfect! Burgers are great and friendly staff. Good Bloody Mary's on Sunday. In season, place is standing room only in the bar. I've been going there for years and always bring visitors. Outdoor patio is nice.

Found this place on...Yelp. Visiting family in the area, and I figured..Irish Pub..why not. Not disappointing at all. Not a very traditional Irish Pub menu, some staples, but other American/Italian favorites as well. MY niece had Chicken Parm, very good, daughter had Chicken Wings...awesome...Mum had Philly Cheese Steak and I had The Steak and Shrimp...All of them great. Live music, table side if you wish...they even played a little Mariachi music...Great fun. Definitely coming back next time I'm there.

Good burger - other than that the service was slow, I had an empty soda from the point my food arrived until we left, and the outdoor tables had that old wet rag smell. I would only recommend it in a pinch.

If you like cozy, then this is a festive cozy place for you. Every time I drive by Fitzgerald's on my way home, the place is packed. My girlfriend is Irish, so it helps when I take her here and she can describe what I'm eating (I'm not Irish if you couldn't figure that out). What we love is small cozy corners where you can actually feel that homely atmosphere and that's what you get from here. The food is fairly priced and tastes great and our last waitress was very attentive and SMILED the whole time which is key to me. We love it!

Genre for rating: pub fare Although the portions are generous and the food authentic, you are much better off going a couple miles north on 41 to the British Open Pub. There you will find better quality pub fare of the same genre. What I had: fish n chips Best bet: your st pattys day crawl, if you must

Great food, boisterous atmosphere, friendly staff. I would have given 5 stars, but it was a bit loud for our taste. We'd go back again, though, definitely.
(4)Tom N.
Food was good, atmosphere is nice but we were quite disappointed with our server. Quick to take our order but after being served never checked back with us. You should still try the place as the food is good with good portions and not over priced. Hopefully you would get a better server than we had.

Nice place if you're in a bit of an Irish mood :) There was live music but he didn't really play any of that kitschy Irish music which was a bit disappointing. Food was okay, beer selection was good. Server was well nice :) I'd come back if I lived in the area.

Love the atmosphere. The owner was so nice. The band (guitar and fiddle) were awesome. The shepherds pie was to die for. It was the first time I was actually excited for leftovers!!!

What a fun, exciting place with music six nights a week, great drinks, good food and friendly people! Corn beef and cabbage was great! We will be back!
(4)Rhonda C.
Love this place! Good half-price apps and drink specials during happy hour. Dinners are good. My favorite is the Irish Stew. The burgers are huge and very good! Live music most evenings make this a fun place to spend an evening.
(4)Sue W.
The food is good the music is good the atmosphere is as friendly as Ireland. I like a lot about this place, but I like to sit outside in good weather and they allow smoking on their deck. Their deck is beautiful and large and a great loss to us non smokers.
(3)William M.
I have been to Ireland and a this place is nothing like an Irish pub!
(2)Jobik K.
good sandwiches. good bacon. good beer at the right temp but the guineas was too cold. nice wait staff.

We went for Sunday brunch. I ordered the Chipped Beef Hash, which also came with two eggs and toast and potatoes. Eggs were a little watery, but good overall. The beef hash and potatoes were AMAZING with a little salt. Service was slow but other than that we had a great time. Would go back again!
